I told them I was charged by hotels.com. They check again my reservation and agreed I've paid all. The room was not that one I've booked, view to the river, but I didn't refuse it, because I was tired and want sleep a little bit before hiking. In fact, you can't sleep people talk so lauder and the room are not sound proof. ...

“Clean room, nice new hotel at a good price. Not near any other dining options without a taxi or tuktuk ride except for a nearby coffee place that was decent. Can walk from there down to the lake, community sports grounds and nearby polo grounds. The horses are feeding on the grass at the sports grounds and are being walked by their riders/grooms. Can walk around the lake.”

We enjoyed walking the tea trails - just expect to make an effort on the plantation hills. We also relaxed and enjoyed the hotel every afternoon. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, however the sheets, towels and dressing gown were pilled, the curtains didn't go to the end of the window, and a cracked tile in the bathroom had been badly repaired.
