“Breakfast buffet was okay, not hugely appetizing. Maybe add some cut up fresh fruit, granola, nuts. Dinner at the restaurant was very good - nice menu and well prepared food. Hotel rooms and hallways a bit outdated.”

“Great place to stay! There was no small personal coffee maker in the room, but fresh baked cookies and delicious coffee were available in the office. My place to stay on long journeys through Ontario.”

“The guest computer was unusable because no staff knew the password, so the Front Desk had to help me print something while already busy with guests. A five-minute task took nearly thirty minutes. The next morning there was no hot water and the body wash dispenser was empty. As a Bonvoy member, it was also disappointing not to earn points on a rate that was $30 higher than the walk-in price. Overall, a very disappointing stay”
