"The property is ok to stay. But the check in experience was bad. They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. The 2 top price rooms we booked were spacious and comfortable - but were overlooking the main road through town and we realised that we wouldn't be able to sleep.
