“The rooms while looked clean, where not. The bedding was dirty. When you requested clean sheets, they want to charge you extra for coming back with clean sheets. They gave you sheets you put on. The next day, blood from the cleaning staff on towels, and toilet paper roll . You say something to front desk , they say “ We are training new staff. Breakfast was not that great. One morning it’s scrambled eggs, hash browns. Next morning it’s cold eggs and spicy sausage, next morning bacon, hash...

“Clean room. Breakfast was very upsetting. Usually breakfast is seved until 10. Came for breakfast at 915 snd it was all shut down at 9 apparently”

“Didn’t realise what a gem of a place this was. Decor was excellent, place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included I didn’t expect I can have eggs made how I wanted. It was a good selection for breakfast. Also had dinner and I was pleasantly impressed with the duck (usually difficult to do well). I would easily stay here again when in Timmins”

“For the cost, service was ok but they could step up their room service. No issue with room service being provided every other day but little was done other than replenish towels, empty garbage and straighten bed. Could have used a quick vacuum and bathroom clean of surfaces and floor. Amenities were standard soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion with one make up wipe remover. No shower cap or any other extras. Water in room was for members only. Overall, the cost is overpriced for the service...

“it was clean, but the place is bein used as a shelter and there were too many children running around in scooters, place did not look organize from the doors, too many belongings piled up in from of the room they were housed in.”
