“Check in on the 4th and ask for my sheets to be changed on the 6th because I put them on floor to sleep but was told no at first when I ask housekeeper but was eventually done after I've spoken with the supervisor,they thought I was checking out on the 6th which was wrong, I was staying until the 16th.”

“It was appalling the building needs to be condemned it's dropping to pieces and the surroundings full of litter the bed was very uncomfortable the TV could no way be pat tested no batteries in remote no on off button very old TV the lights had tripped and the building smelt damp the toilet seat was not fixed it was disgusting”

“The hostess at the property, Maria was lovely. She was very kind, thoughtful and attentive. The property was neat and tidy and well kept. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Birmingham. Just make sure you double check the address and that you are going to the correct address as there are 2 Domo Boutique Hotels in Birmingham!”

“Room was dirty, no staff on site, low battery got me locked out of apartment for an whole night without refund and request for refund on rest of stay ignored. Security deposit apparently refunded but now having to chase it. False advertising that there's a bar, this is no longer open, zero drink or food available on site The place should be closed down”
