“This was an excellent place to stay. We were given a warm welcome by the host and several dogs! The tiny house was in a paddock with sheep, a horse and chickens but was so peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and, although compact, it had everything we needed including some breakfast items. We enjoyed listening to the birds and loved it so much that we wished we had been staying longer. If you want a peaceful retreat, this is the place to go.”

“Had a great couple of nights. Excellent wheelchair access, amazing sea view, friendly chickens, delicious free apples. Perfect spot if you're heading to Miranda to view shore birds.”

“Restful, rustic and with many cute artistic touches. Loved the private outdoor bath. Close to the gorge with great swimming on a very hot summer weekend. Wonderful walking or cycling opportunities. ”

“I would recommend staying somewhere else. Bugs everywhere in the room, especially when it was night. I stayed in room 10 which sits in the sun all day. There are no blackout curtains for all the windows so the room gets very warm. The water from the sink tasted like dirt. But worst of all, The husband that runs the motel is a rude and impatient human being. Stay somewhere else.”

“Amazing location right on the lagoon. A paradise for children with safe shallow swimming in view of the house. The house is so well set up for families and generously stocked with games, books and sports gear. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back! Host is super friendly and helpful too. ”
