“The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town centre and river. Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online. Rooms were turned down each day with fresh water provided.”

“The bed is rock hard and room not very clean ”

“They let us check-in early. The breakfast was nice. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It's definitely the best hotel in Cao Bang. The staff during the evening was very nice, however, the staff during the morning wasn't good (the girl wasn't friendly and she wasn't helpful. Her English is very basic). ”
