“Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. Each room comes equipped with everything you need to make green tea and wake up with the sun. The 6th floor restaurant boasts views of Mount Fuji on a clear day...

“夜ご飯、朝食とても美味しくいただきました。 夜ご飯後のサービスの担々麺がとても嬉しく美味しかったです。 部屋に置いてあるドライヤーや、ウォーターサーバー、ロビーにあるフリードリンク、部屋の洗面所にペーパータオル、4人で泊まったので、歯磨き用コップは各々色違いで置いてあったり、細やかなサービスとても良く過ごしやすかったです。近くにコンビニがないのでアルコールはホテルの自販機でした、値段を安くして欲しいなぁと思いました。”

“ベルーナでのライブ後に母娘で伺いました。 その旨を書いていたせいか落ち着いた雰囲気のお部屋を案内して頂き、ゆっくりと過ごす事が出来ました。 ベッドはマッサージ機能まで有り至れり尽くせり。お風呂にはTVも付いていてゆっくりと入る事が出来ます。 他の宿泊者さんも仰っていましたが、ご飯がとても美味しくて幸せでした。 一つだけ難点を言えば… 地図を見て近いと思っていた道が使えず、暗い中歩道もまともに無い道をかなり大回りして行かなければならない事です。とても暗くて怖い道をライブで使ったペンライトをぶら下げながらホテルへ向かいましたw 上記の点から車で行く事を強くオススメします。”
