“The room is a repurposed office, so the shape is a little unusual having a full window as the wall facing the road. This is covered by a curtain. If you need to sleep in total darkness, it may be a little uncomfortable. The curtain blocked the light enough for us to sleep comfortably though. “The property is historic, yet well renovated, so we were comfortable. They also provide tea and cups of noodles at no additional cost if guests need a snack. The biggest bonus is that it's a traditional Japanese house in a historic part of town, so staying there is a travel experience in itself. The small intersection the house is located at is even on the front cover of a tourist handout at the local TI office. We highly recommend it. ”

“Great and clean place with nice management. It`s not A 5 min walk from the station, but the 10 min stroll is quite pleasant, even in the heat or rain. We would stay here again. Just be sure to get the key code before arrival. Very roomy and the shower and other amenities were great. ”
