“I hate giving bad reviews but this hotel is advertised as 5 star on some sites and 4 star on others and it’s neither! Grumpy staff (apart from Andy in Restaurant and Anastasia and Pavlos? in Lobby Bar), really slow service at pool bar, seemed like only one member of staff allowed to serve drinks whilst the rest just stared at you when you ask to be served. Every dish in the buffet for every meal was either luke warm or cold and whilst there was a choice every night, it felt like the same...

“WOW!!!! 10/10! Absolutely AMAZING!!! We booked a villa for our family of 5 and it was enough room to spread out so we could all have space. It was clean, and no detail was missed. The staff caters to their clients and communicaton was quick. I wish we would have had more time, as we were ony here 3 nights. The villa is in Orilinki, which is about 20 mins from the BEST beaches in Ayai Napa. You have to drive from the residence to get to groceries, restaurants, etc. However, it was all worth it!!!...

“Crest experience”

“From arrival to departure could not fault anything. All staff were excellent. The breakfast quality was far better than many of the 5 star hotels I have been to over the years. Room and all public areas were exceptionally clean and well look after. Great value for money.”

“No tiene parqueo”

“We've stayed at LIV properties in the past. City Suites and Mackenzie. LIV Urban seems to have less care for it and slightly run down. The rooms are dirty, mostly the toilets with a lingering smell. There's also a stench in the lifts and hallways. The service at Mackenzie and the now closed City Suites were much better than Urban.”
