“It was great to check into a warm room with the heating on. Dinner & breakfast were delicious. No wifi or phone service in our accommodation, except for in the main building. Location beautiful. Cabin looking old & tired but was clean.”

The bar and restaurant were top notch meals were first class, staff are friendly, very comfortable sitting infront of the fireplace with a beverage soaking up the character. The rooms were well appointed and the continental breakfast was a welcome addition. Would definitely stay again.”

“When we arrived at Blue Lake Lodge no one was there and the place was all locked up. Tried to phone the lodge but rang out to a full answering machine. So clearly something wrong with their booking system. ”
