“Let me start by saying this property is located in one of the most beautiful wine regions in the world. You wouldn’t be able to tell that be stepping inside the hotel. For labeling itself a wine resort and spa, we weren’t even offered a wine refreshment upon checking in. Any questions at the front desk were answered with bored and unhelpful answers. Just five minutes down the road we encountered a beautiful b&b we should have stayed in instead. Never again LOISIUM”

“Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. Este hotel NO ES RECOMENDABLE.”

“Aussicht von der Terasse ist traumhaft. Essen war sehr gut und Wellnessbereich ist nicht riesig aber ausreichend. Lediglich hätte für den gezahlten Preis der Service proaktiver sein können. (obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war, kamen die Kellner so gut wie gar nicht an den Tisch und haben eben sehr selten gefragt obs noch was sein darf)”

“Sehr modern, tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück und die Dame beim Empfang ist wirklich äußerst zuvorkommend - klasse!”

“Pros: Heerlijke plek, erg vriendelijke en behulpzame host, heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim voldoende servies en keukenbenodigdheden Cons: Het enkele puntje wat ik kan bedenken is de felle verlichting in huis die sfeervoller mag als je toch eens binnen zit en de wifi die in de tuin niet werkt (vooral voor pubers ;-))”
