“Hotel muy bonito, el único ubicado dentro del parque, tuvimos problemas al llegar porque no habían cargado el importe total sin avisar (teníamos pago en el hotel) y su respuesta a nuestra reclamación fue muy desconsiderada, habitaciones necesitan algo de renovación y algunas estaban sucias (aunque nos las cambiaron sin problema). En general, pagas mucho más por estar dentro del parque, pero la relación calidad-precio no es espectacular.”

“Not super impressed with the hotel itself. Location obviously super nice but hotel very run down, built in a 70’s style and never upgraded. Lot of damage from plenty of fungus and mold on walls and in bedrooms. 24 hours without wifi and only cold water. Maybe self inflicted as there apparently is a water heater per room but I have never experienced an in-room water heater so did not have the experience to look for it. I do not think I will come here again”

“Normalerweise schreibe ich keine so schlechten Bewertungen. Ich kann natürlich die Unterkunft nicht mit anderen aus der Gegend vergleichen. Es ist aber so, dass diese von einer Europäerin geführt wird und ich deswegen auch von gewissen Grundgegebenheiten ausgehen darf. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und ohne jeglichen Komfort. Lediglich Klimaanlage was ein muss ist. Abendessen na ja geht gerade so. Frühstück unterirdisch. Sag ich nichts dazu. Solltest du dir selbst ein Bild machen. Das alles wäre...

“Worst hotel in the country and maybe in all Asia. Tons of ants in the room, very dirty, wc flushing didn't work, lots of tobacco smell, noises could be heard very easily, wifi not working, very poor breakfast. Rude staff, they invoiced me twice the price.”

“Receptionist unreliable with limited English skills! They didn’t clean our room! Bathroom was dirty and full of ants! We booked the pick-up in advance as requested, for the morning, because we had a bus, and they were in delay! I need to push several times!! We had dinner experience, terrible, limited food in terms of quantity and variety! When food finished was not replaced, even if we asked and several people were there without dinner yet! I strongly NOT recommend this resort! Very very bad...
