“This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are a little dated by current standards but the view and the staff make up for that. The dining experience was great and the hostess was so helpful and genuine. The food was excellent. We when on the morning cruise with departed from the lakefront of the hotel. The hotel provides a breakfast bento to eat while you cruise. So happy we stayed here. ”

“No one needs to speak other languages if they’re fluent in technology. I don’t speak Japanese, and I guess a lot of the staff there don’t speak English — which is understandable. The lady at the counter pulled out a translator app, and everything that needed to be communicated got done without any hiccups. Quiet and clean. Customizable room service. The corridor air conditioning was pretty cold — not to my taste. All in all, I enjoyed my stay (2 nights).”
