“As my first stay in Japan, the Celecton Kurume was a very pleasant hotel during my time there. “立地がよくとても綺麗。ダブルルームでしたが、ベッドはやや広く快適でした。ウェルカムドリンクは充実しているし、温泉は朝早くから遅い時間まで入浴可能。これが一番嬉しい。女湯はパスワードがないと入れないので、セキュリティもしっかりして安心。入浴着（体に傷がある人が着用して入浴する）の案内もあり心遣いに感動しました。ロビーにはプリンターが設置されていて自由に使う事ができ、資料を印刷したかったので助かりました。利用者にとことん寄り添ったホテルで感動しました。遠征であちこちのホテルを利用する娘のイチオシホテル。私は初めて利用しましたが、納得です。お料理も美味しかったです。”

"OUTDATED HOTEL. The facilities are outdated and not clean enough. We arrived at 7:50am and left the luggage to go around the city since checkin was at 3pm. However, my wife is pregnant and was feeling extremely unwell and went back to the hotel at noon. They had our room ready but wouldnt give it to us without paying 50% extra (mind that it was only 3 hours before check in time and they did not clean the room twice). Had to pay since she was feeling so unwell. Poor treatment and understanding from the hotel staff. Do not recommend staying here. There are plenty of more modern hotels in the city to choose from."
