“2 night stay. We called ahead knowing we would arrive out of office hours. Owner advised would leave key in room and door unlocked. Reception was locked upon arrival. No milk provided in fridge, but there was tea and coffee, so no morning cuppa could be had after a big night. “Gardens were beautiful. Didn’t see staff but that was ok as self check in and out was easy. The rooms needed a bit of maintenance. In particular the deck with leaking guttering dripping over doorway and very uneven floor decking. Amenities were good and it was a lovely place to stay.”
