“This was a nightmare of a stay at this Mayfair resort and would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. This is 40 mins outdooe the city of Raipur and the hotel Is dated and staff useless and there is no courtsey or professionalism.
The staff members do not respond, their manager Sudip has poor communications.
We got the number for Sudip through Sanjeevni hospital and Sudip only confirmed that yes we had 1 executive room and 2 standard rooms.
I specially requested to have the rooms nearby and...

“Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype
If you're looking to test your immunity against mosquito-borne illnesses like Dengue and Malaria, this place might just do the trick. The resort is infested with mosquitoes, making the entire stay uncomfortable and unsafe, especially for families with kids or elderly members.

“Quality of toiletries could get better.
Staff could be trained to be more vigilant about patrons’ needs.
They didn’t give me the breakfast saying I’m late. Had it been so, they could’ve told me earlier or could’ve served inside the room. I’d paid extra for the same.”
