“Staff is not helpful. Not hot water for drinking on property or kettle in rooms. Bathroom showers don't work. Food in pantry or hotel is not good. Staff is not helpful for needs outside general services.”

“First of all it was not a 4Star hotel as stated on their logo, even it’s not equal to 3Star also, accept Breakfast nothing was good, please don’t recommend this hotel for those who are looking for 4Star facilities, Expedia has to take responsibility for such things, it’s very very unsatisfactory ”

“A run down hotel, AC doesnt work, they changed room 3 times, still had to sleep with out AC working. Staff are very manipulative and keep saying you have to wait 30 mins to AC to cool the room. Have never heard of a hotel room that takes 30 mins to get cool. Walls are damp, paint peeled walls. Stinky wash rooms. This hotel is not worth the price at all.”

“Access is very dirty. Went to the sister hotel a bit away near the water for fish lunch. Could not order ahead of time, ordered food upon arrival, waited for about 2hrs, but fish did not arrive, complete waste of time and money! Very poor communication and commitment.”
