“I had a very bad experience,the room was dirty,and smelly,there had no fans,it was noisy,and real real unpleasant…the bedding smelt …my husband end up having rash on his body…when I explained to the stuff and asked for a refund,there denied to give a refund……..I real wanna take it further ”

“ The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again.”
