“We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas. The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. “Great location. Went with family and booked 3 rooms. The Mediterranean buffet was excellent. Convenient and walkable to shopping. Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival. ”

We booked half board and the dinner each night was over the top delicious. Kids loved the pools and enjoyed the kids club. Will return!”

“This was the perfect hotel for our family vacation of hiking in the Alps. It had the perfect location on the slopes overlooking Bad Gastein down in the valley. Located east of the valley meant that it had sunlight quite a while after the shadow of Stubnerkogel had covered the village in an early sunset. And the outdoor pool was a blessing after a day of walking. We had good fortune with the weather, but with a pool that was heated to around 30 degrees C, that doesn’t matter. Another blessing was...
