“The play area of the hostel is ok for kids. The Personal is ok. Not American standard at all regarding customer's service! The structure is old, smelly and does not have air conditioning units, nor normal towels to make a decent shower, and rooms doesn’t have independent bathrooms. There are just sleepy units at 150 chf/ night. All rooms have sharing bathrooms. The swimming pool is ok but full of small children, even in the only jacuzzi… I would say 1 star motel with some facilities for kids....

“I had a great stay as a solo traveler. I did a single room and had use of the shared kitchen, which was perfect for my needs. The room was basic but clean and quiet. I really liked the location where I could walk to town and get groceries, and catch the bus to Stoos Ridge, and the bus+train to other locations. It's also a good location for going on morning runs.”

“BEAUTIFUL room with an amazing view. Bathroom is very modern which I like. staff was accommodating and so kind allowing baggage hold prior to check in. Breakfast was wonderful with hot fresh food.”

“Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment with outstanding views. We found this to be an excellent base to explore the region as well as Brunnen, with swimming in the lake directly across the road. Know before you go: This property is listed as having air con on VRBO, it does not have aircon, it has a ceiling fan. Likely not an issue unless it’s very hot. Also the pet fee - I was not informed about this when I booked but this is an additional 100CHF. Again not an issue and I happily paid it...

“Good value for money, Good location Building very old”

“Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See. Alles da, was man braucht, klein aber fein.

Vielen Dank!”

“The apartment is nice, spacious and clean with a nice view from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with everything except a microwave oven. Apartment is located on a winding, one lane mountain road through farms. You are 7 km from the main road. The owner lives in the apartment below. The day before checkout she sent me a message stating I owed 100 CHF cleaning fee and 36 CHF tourist tax. I replied to her with my confirmation letter from Interhome stating these were included in the price...
