“Hotel incómodo, habitaciones pequeñas, baño pequeño e incómodo, limpieza correcta. nos dijeron que tenían un problema con la calefacción, pues no funcionaba y nos dieron una estufa que utilizamos los tres días que estuvimos, por lo que la conclusión es que el problema era permanente y es lo que deben decir a los clientes que acostumbran ser de una sola noche. Las tres estrellas brillan por su ausencia dos y gracias.”

“Thought this hotel was great value for money. Had everything i needed for a good night's sleep. Fridge in the room was a bonus but also coffee making facilities tv, wifi, electricity points were all good. Room and shower room were clean All staff at reception and elsewhere were courteous, knowledge and helpful. Woukd recommend as a budget hotel at a great price (I onky paid £43 for a Saturday night)”

“I booked the hotel to stay in for 3 nights with my daughter whilst I was playing in the Pickleball English Open in Telford. I always look for a pool and looking at some of the reviews this was a bit of a gamble, however it definitely paid off ! Yes, the hotel is a little dated and could do with some investment, however, it was clean, the suite size was very good and the price was great value. The pool was pretty awesome. It is in a separate wooden building and was really warm, with a jacuzzi....

“A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The receptionists were amazing - warm and welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. The bar and waiting staff were also very friendly and efficient. The grounds and the building were beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay. ”

“Good hotel like most of Holiday Inn Express. However this time the room was not as clean as you would expect for a +85 Pound/night hotel. The desk in the room was sticky with plenty of marks from previous guests. So was the mirror in the bathroom with written messages that showed up with the shower steam which proves the room had not been cleaned as you would expect. All rest of things were perfect. Just a cleaning issue this time. Room a bit noisy being so close to the motorway but was not a...

“Loved the fact that there was a microwave and restaurant across the road. Staff were so kind, kept my daughters non dairy milk in the fridge and at breakfast even rinsed her bowl out for us. ”
