“The staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was clean, the window coverings just a little stained but seemed clean. Only problem I found was the room was a long distance from the front door and all other exit doors were only for emergency use. Would be good if I could parked closer to the room and use an alternative door to make it less of a walk to the room with my mobility issues. ”

“Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast the first morning was a little disappointing but the second morning it was much better. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this hotel. ”

“Super nice employees, very clean, all new and well Maintained. Great beds and room amenities. Will be staying here for all my Thunder Bay trips. Some gluten free options for breakfast would be great but I got by with the eggs, bacon and fruit no problem.”

“I’ve stayed in many Ramadas over the years. They’ve always been a solid choice. This was the worst I’ve ever experienced by far. It’s old and run down. But even then, if the staff was positive, friendly and helpful you could overlook the other stuff. Not my experience. Also heads up if you have mobility issues, there is no lift. Lots of stairs. And many long connected hallways to get to the room.”
