“⭐☆☆☆☆ As a Marriott Bonvoy member, this was by far the worst stay I have ever had at any Marriott property. I stayed here for two nights with my family and had booked a Suite, expecting the standard of service and cleanliness that Marriott is known for. “Clean big rooms. Good breakfast. Room service was fab. Manager went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Even provided a free shuttle to the airport”

“Linen wasn’t properly cleaned. Because of bleach on sheets, my body was itchy all night long. Blanket was smelly, wasn’t washed. Bathroom lock wasn’t working. Staff and Breakfast was ok.”

“Hotel.com is terrible ...they are putting check in time 11.30PM and check out 12.30AM ...for 1 hour they are charging more....andmesleading traveller so ..check all data carefully before booking.”

“Property is located in a convenient locality. But property has created a Brewing hub but its not properly equipped with the Electric kettle.. its not cleaned and difficult to use. A suggestion would be to place an induction stove and vessel to heat water and milk. There could be small sealed milk packets to be used with hot coffee and tea. These won't cost much but can be done to make this better.”

“This as a duplex, and the size of the lounge was large so it was great. Kitchen had no utensils at all, so luckily we borrowed from family we were visiting. Rooms were good, but the smaller twin room’s bathroom smelled of you left the fan on, otherwise it was ok. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Worth the stay spacious especially as there was 3 of us with 4 suitcases, 3 carry on’s plus hand luggage. ”
