“We got the ship room, with balcony - quirky but very dated. The lower part of the boat is quite humid - at night you must close all windows unless you want milllion bugs in your room, so no way to sit outside and enjoy the stars but during the day the views are so pretty. Overall, fun for the kids , clean and ok for 1 night, expensive though ”

“It is unique and in a nice setting. We stayed in mid winter and it had a damp smell. There were possoms and or rats in the ceiling.”

“Convenient to the local beaches we wanted to explore, interesting layout with the two detached rooms, but worked well for us. House was well stocked and had a homey feel with artwork and furniture galore. The cookie the host left were devoured by my horde in moments of arrival and greatly appreciated. Laundry, linens and kitchen were very well stocked. Unlike some places that have four forks, spoons, towels, glasses and and maybe 2 dull knives, this place had what you needed.”

“It was definitely a unique stay. Just keep in mind that the deeper in the ship you go, the colder it gets. However, the duvet and blankets they provide are plenty warm, and there are extra heaters provided, plus some electric blankets I think. People complained about the diesel smell, while present, it faded away for me after a while, it wasn't overpowering or anything. ”
