“Very friendly staff both at front desk and in the restaurant for breakfast. But rooms don’t have A/C and with the heat wave it was surely missed!”

“The cottage was very cosy and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.”

Everywhere was warm and comfortable. The bars were busy enough to have ambience, but not packed. The pool was brill.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! ”

“Sehr charmantes Hotel, ideal inmitten der Cotswolds gelegen. Frühstück und Barmenü ausgezeichnet. Zimmer mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe. Würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.”

“El hotel es moderno dentro de la fachada antigüa. Habitacion muy luminosa y enorme con un baño igual de grande. Cama muy espaciosa. Tiene parking amplio. Recepcion 24h. Tubimos un problema en la reserva, y no cambiaron fecha y tubimos que anular y volver a reservar, y fué algo decepcionante ese punto. Tambien el baño no estaba bien limpio de los anteriores huespedes. Por lo demas perfecto. Botella de vino gratis al entrar. Algo alejado de todo pero era lo que queriamos porque ibamos de paso....

“Overall great checkin was slow and not very helpful but there was a new trainee in the team so i understood. Checked out and was asked to pay 30 pound i owed on room ,told the girl i had paid up before she said i had to pay but she didnt know what it was for.”

“Estamos de ruta por los Cotswolds y hemos hecho la primera noche aquí. Es un hotelito súper cuco con el típico pub en la planta baja. Excelente ubicación y muchísimo encanto.”

“La fachada del edificio promete ser un corta Fe pero luego las habitaciones son en un edificio anexo decepcionante, con materiales de construcción y vehículos abandonados. Déficit en la limpieza el colchón completamente blando. ”
