“Great short stay. Only spent a night there on my way home to Sydney after a weekend getaway. Sunday night to break the long drive home. Arrived mid afternoon which was after reception had closed for a Sunday. Not an issue as I spoke to Zach who arranged a code fo the lock box for an seamless check-in after hours (around 4pm Sunday). To access the living areas you need to walk up approx 20 stairs to the kitchen / dining / living zone and another approx 20 stairs to access the bedroom level. The management company not so great, all their communications were general and not necessarily appropriate eg threatening fines (a common thread) if I didn't clean the BBQ- there wasn't one; offering early check in but not being able to contact anyone; warning me of snakes, rodents etc. ,in a 3rd floor apartment!”
