“The room was very clean, as were the items inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing I didn't like was the charge for requesting the crib for the baby. I think it's a basic and essential item to request when you inform them you'll be traveling with a baby, and it shouldn't be charged for. But oh well.”

Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.”

“For a start, there were absolutely no amenities. They state a sleep well pack with spray mists and oils provided….you don’t even get shampoo conditioner, soap. Kitchen sorely inadequate. No rubbish bags, tea, coffee, dish cloths. Oven doesn’t work. No coffee maker as advised. Ants invaded daily. The kitchen is a piecemeal of items others have left.Air conditioner/heater split system doesn’t work. Lamps are all plastic and fall apart when you turn them on.TV is very basic and the whole place...

“Gave a 3 overall as were not told apartment was on 4th floor. Stairs only. Description of key location was poor especially at night. No aircon!! Some flyscreens were broken. ”
