“Upgraded to a 1st floor 1-bedroom unit which was excellent. However, there were some air conditioning units outside the bedroom window that were very noisy all through the night (and day). Also the noise of both adjacent units running showers was extremely loud.”

“The bed linen in two rooms was not clean. One single bed had sheets had blood stains on it. Also only 1 toilet roll for 8 people. Wasn’t really enough. The yard wasn’t tidy. The back yard needed attending. Access via ramp in backyard was hard to get to as path around the side wasn’t very good. “We had the best stay at Blue Wren BNB and honestly couldn't recommend it enough!A big thanks to Rebecca for being so easy to deal with. Her communication was super clear and made the whole process a breeze. The house was incredibly clean and tidy, and we were so impressed with how well-stocked it was. Having coffee, bread, milk, and all the condiments ready to go was such a nice touch and made our arrival so much easier. The kids absolutely loved the games room (it was a total hit!), and the...

“At a time of great distress I was extremely grateful to be able to stay in an area close to Bathurst Hospital, even though it was very hot I was able to come home to a pleasant house. i do have one suggestion and that is as I am elderly I find it is much easier if you have a handhold in the shower so as not to slip. Otherwise everything was okay. thank you.”
