A/C cold not warm it's winter now, 3cups 3 wine glasses 1 tea spoon no plates, bowls, knives or spoons. It is not a resort it's a run down motel it needs painting, carpets, the ceiling fans are rusty or need cleaning ”

When we arrived at the property, we were informed that Expedia had double-booked the accommodation and that no room was available for us. As a result, I spent my entire Friday evening urgently searching for alternative accommodation to ensure that this vulnerable person did...

“The room was a 2 king bedroom. The beds comfy and the bathrooms and kitchen clean. The balcony could have used a sweep before we checked in and a lift would have been ideal for all the luagge to take to level 3. Breakfast was good and an inclusion with expedia. Kids loved the pool. ”

“Allegra is in a fabulous location across from the beach in Hervey Bay. The heated pool is excellent as are the gym facilities. Our apartment had its own outdoor hot tub & washing machine and was beautifully styled. The addition of Nespresso coffee machine would have made it perfect. The restaurant attached to the resort (privately owned) wasn’t open that much which was disappointing for getting breakfast or snacks.”
