“Nice property. Our instructions were clear as we had a late arrival due to train delays. Room was clean and cool. The accommodation is close to the shops and a walking track that lead you to the Botanic Gardens. Great rooms, and rhe staff were lovely and helpful as we left our bags with reception after our checkout. Great place to stay and very welcoming city. ”

“This property is old and very dated. There was no communication leading up to our reservation.i had to call multiple times to find out which unit to stay in and then to figure out where the unit was. The unit itself is not welcoming. It is dreary and old. There is no place to relax. No toiletries are provided. The walking times on the listing are not accurate. It is a 15 minute drive to Cape Hillsborough Beach. The only positive was it did have hot water and the bed was clean. I would not stay...

“Oasis 11 is on the Marina side and you can walk to the Marina to all the eateries. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view but does need updating as the decor is tired and some of the cupboards/chairs were loose or broken. It comes with a buggy which is handy and kids U12 eat free at some restaurants. Overall, it felt more like a home and was comfortable. Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hamilton Island.”

We stayed here for 5 nights - the apartment had everything you could have needed from kitchen facilities to outdoor balcony with tables and chairs to enjoy the view. “Amazing property that is as good in reality as it looks, we could have stayed here much longer and I would definitely recommend or stay again. The property was huge, the private villa pool was lovely, we used the gym and bouldering wall as well as watching the sunset on the private beach. Communication is first class. The only consideration for anyone else is that you really need a car to stay here.”

“Great location, amazing views across Dent Passage, spacious and clean but dated in areas. The only thing I can fault is that for a 6 night stay we were provided just one towel each . I had to ring to get extra trowels etc which for a luxury accommodation I thought poor no frills with this place and if you get neighbours beware of the noise. ”
