“My room this time was great. No complaints other than that it was a bit cool, and I could not figure out where the thermostat was. Outside of the room, it's a complaint I've always had that the steps on the second level between the tiers of it (it's not all one level, and there are three steps between them) are non-standard (too tall), and if you're not paying attention, you might have a bad time. Ramps would have been better.”

“Room was clean. Great parking”

“We would not stay here again. First, the heating did not work. No small matter when it is -8°C outside and the door doesn't fit the frame well. I called the front desk and the clerk appeared with a space heater, thereby indicating that he knew there was no way to make the heating work... even though he went through the motions of trying. Luckily, the space heater warmed the room... but could not be controlled at all precisely. Second, the room sent my very mild asthma into overdrive. Not sure...

“Super nice staff”

“Breakfast could change up a little Same sausage and eggs evertime o go there”

“Overall it was a decent stay, in the end when trying to check-out, I waited a good 10min. waiting for an agent to check me out. I needed to get back on the road again, and could not wait any longer. Unfortunately I called and called out for someone to hear, but nothing, so I left my keycards behind the counter. Very disappointed, I see the cameras facing clientele and either did not see me or was not there at all, there was not a sound coming from the closed door behind the counter either.”

“Checked in and left immediately after seeing the cleanliness of the room. Hairs in the bed, mold in the showers, stains on shower curtains. Expedia was unable to resolve my claim and did not issue a refund. Not the greatest outcome to an already undesirable situation.”

“Huge space, well equipped kitchen. Beds and linens could use an upgrade”

“The room on the end of the hall of the first floor (the one we stayed in) had a very strong musty odour but the sheets were clean. Okay for one night. Check in was easy and staff was kind.”

“Servicio excelente, limpio, y ordenando. ”

“Totally satisfied. Everything was great”

“Spacious room with kitchenette and separate bedroom. Comfortable king bed. Very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and varied everyday. Hot beverages were always available in the lobby. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Some areas of the building need a little TLC…. Room card scanner on door to pool area wouldn’t work so had to ask staff to open door everyday. Would recommend staying here!”
