“Central location and off street parking. Helpful reception staff. Appreciated the toaster, cutlery and crockery. Sheets were clean, Towels were also clean but frayed and need to be updated. Very dated furnishings with stains on carpet, repairs needed to toilet seat, shower head and chairs.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here! My sister recently moved to Cowra so we are glad we found this place so we can stay whenever we’re in town. The staff were really welcoming and lovely to deal with. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very clean and quiet. It’s right across the road from the club for a great meal/night out too.”

“Quiet restful environment ideally located, despite being right in the centre of the main street. Less than 5 minute walk to all conveniences. Management was very helpful in arranging an earlier check-in as we were due to attend a special function at midday. We were grateful for that.”

“Good location on the high street / highway, but quiet overnight and during the day, despite this. Close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes. Somewhat dated bathroom, but it and the furniture were still in very good condition. Bathroom and room were clean. Friendly reception staff. Complimentary fresh milk available for tea and coffee. Air Conditioning / Heating worked well in winter. Would stay again.”

“This Property IS NOT ADVERTISED! We did not stay at the property as it was nothing like what we had paid for. We were unable to contact the owners of the property as their number was not connected. ”

“Expedia took our booking when Story Bank is closed. We tried to call a number we found but there was no answer. We drove to Mandurama and had no response so We had to return to Blayney a distance of 29km and find somewhere to stay the night there. We need a refund of $112.50 which was taken from our Mastercard account. This could have been avoided if Expedia had not taken the booking. A very unpleasant experience!!”
