“Orchard Cottage was a lovely stay- it was bright and airy. The cottage has two generous sized bedrooms and living area plus a large bathroom with 2 showers and spa. The grounds are amazing to walk around. And it is not too far from Castlemaine.”

“A charming house in the middle of nowhere. Loved listening to the birds and watching the sheep, rabbits and ducks from the veranda. Fireplace heats though the whole place. We will be back”

“Lovely stone building, private with enjoyable outlook.”

“Studio is a very attractive stone and brick dwelling. What a pleasure to arrive via a sloping curved driveway through a lovely bushy block. All the amenities I needed were inside the comfortable studio, including a very comfortable bed, and a lovely warm shower. Richard and Melissa were warm, friendly helpful hosts. Very generous check in and check out times. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you Richard and Melissa.”

“It was very nice accomodation.”

Our favourites were definitely the hot tub and sauna, absolutely perfect for a winter getaway! The cabin felt very private and peaceful facing the woods, while still being close enough to the hosts if we needed anything. Richard was superb with communication and always replied very quickly. The fireplace was also a new experience for us...

“Great communication from the hosts, Lisa and Jeremy. Fantastic little tiny home and location. Definitely recommend staying there for a quiet getaway.”

The setting was peaceful and relaxing, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. A perfect little escape — highly recommend.I died & went to heaven when I saw the beautiful stables. ”

“charming and comfortable great location to shops and cafes”

“Our 4 families returned to Eaglehawk for another NYE holiday at this wonderful property. Beautifully decorated, ample space to share meals or have time out to yourself to read and relax. Highly recommended.”

“Everything we hoped for from a guesthouse. Friendly welcome. Nice to come down for breakfast and meet other guests and made feel welcome. Nice clean room. A delightful stay and would recommend it.”

“The accommodation is fairly basic but fine and comfortable. However, one of the bedside table lamps didn't work, the sofa only sits two people and there are only two stools for the dining table, even though the accomodation can sleep up to four people. The lighting in the living area is extremely bright - a floor lamp with a softer light globe would be a good option to provide. It is a difficult property to find even with the instructions provided, particularly if arriving at night as there is...
