“Location was fantastic but that's where it ended for us unfortunately. The house had not been cleaned at all, cobwebs and spiders in nearly every room, bathtub had dead insects, floors had not been swept (no broom or vacuum to be seen) there was even a used bandaid under the couch. The outdoor area was unusable, had not been clean in a long time as was the bbq.”

“Everything was great the only let down was the cleanliness. The floors/staircase needed vacuuming. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, the fridge & microwave was dirty. The sponge under the sink was dirty and the dish soap & hand soap in the kitchen were almost empty along with a almost finished toilet roll. ”

Rubbish was placed in paper shopping bags at the end of the corridor near entrance to the room over night (possibly by other guests but not cleared by staff) which was not ideal.”
