“The room I was allocated had a very bad damp smell. The housekeeper who was in the hallway immediately offered me another room and sorted it out with reception. This was great service. Sadly the rooms have not been well maintained and the cleaning is not as good as it should be. A previous guest had left an adhesive label on the bedside cabinet and also black oily finger prints on the furniture, and this hadn’t been cleaned. Also the privacy curtains were missing from the windows which made...

“Where to start, wow, from when we were dropped off, the team was amazing. They performed a traditional warrior dance with full on costumes. The ocean views, rooms, restaurants, pool side and very warming culture make this an amazing place to go, for both families with kids, and also couples wanting a romantic few days. We would HIGHLY recommend it.”

“Playa común sin corales. Comida regular. Habitación muy amplia luminosa y amplia”

“We stayed for a week at Crusoes Retreat. It is the 3rd time we have stayed here. The last time was 10 years ago. To say the condition had gone downhill is an understatement. The once thatched roofs are now rusted with twigs left. Some Bures have had the roofs replaced. The beachfront bar is rotting and never opened. The spa pool was out of order and looked liked it hadn’t been open in months. The whole place was tired. If you choose this Resort by the photos on the website you will be very...

“Staff @ reception Karishma is Just an awesome n very helpful. Very kind hearted.”

“Got checked into a room with a missing window. It was an ok experience.”

“noisy bcse down below your room is plaza for children playing center and open until 10pm than janitors are noisy in nights plus street are full of loud shouting, whinni people it was a difficult night”

“Wow this hotel was excellent value for the money. Clean room and nice breakfast.”

“The Tv in the room was not working when I ask the staff they told me non of the TV is working in this apartment when I told them it’s says on booking that flat screen tv in the room they told me that they don’t have control on Expedia , I spent my time just setting doing nothing when I’m the room very disappointed”

Moviliario sucio y viejo. Lo que me gustó: desayuno, ubicacion.”

“Beautiful staff. Lovely Culture. Magnificent hospitality.”

“Although our stay was quick we appreciate how easy it was to find the property and were generously upgraded to a better room once we arrived! If you’re staying in Suva this is a great, centrally located hotel that is worth it!”

“This was an amazing experience! I will recommend this island a lot, please mind that the cost of food and transportation is high (due of course the location) but totally worth it.”
