“The Lake Bled is a wonderful natural area in the Slovenian Julian mountains and the Vila Preseren, located 25 feet from the water and just below the S. Martina Church and the Castle, enjoys a unique situation. Even though the room assigned to us may be on the small side, the quality of amenities and service provided for a very pleasant stay. Also, it is important to mention that the restaurant is by itself worth to visit although some people may consider it a bit overpriced.”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful, ready to help with a special request. Breakfasts and dinners have a good variety. Wellness area operates all year round. Room is clean and offers a great view from its balcony. Hiking trails start next to the hotel. Parking is free and right outside the hotel. It was difficult to drive here the first time: Waze and Google Maps were giving wrong directions. The road to the hotel is great (but narrow and curvy), only the last 600 m is an off-road drive. ”

“This hotel is a very short walk from Lake Bled, but is set back from the main road so that it's quiet. It has a large free parking area in front. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful - outstanding! Our room was very clean and comfortable, with everything that we needed. Breakfast included everything to start the day well. Lake-side cafes and restaurants are nearby. It's easy to rent bikes and go for a ride around Lake Bled in under and hour. We'd love to go back to this hotel...
