“Trinity hotel is my favorite hotel whenever I am in Addis, which is several times a year. It is very well located, close to the airport and within easy walking distance of shops an restaurants. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. This is a relatively small and inexpensive hotel that has been there for many years. Recent expansion and ongoing renovation only makes it better.”

“The hotel's location was great, as it sits atop a hill overlooking the city of Gondar. It does make for quite a walk into the city itself. If you are not up for walking, there's usually a tuk tuk hanging out outside, or you can have the hotel call a taxi. It's convenient to eat at the hotel, especially during the fasting time, however their food was palatable but not the greatest. “Clean and comfortable with competent staff. The free breakfasts have a wide variety of dishes, and you can order omelettes for no extra charge. The staff speak English reasonably well, so logistics are fairly easy (getting taxis, changing booking details, etc.). The rooms are spacious and offer nice views of the city. The only negatives are things beyond the hotel's control: occasional city-wide power outages and water shutoffs. ”
