“The hotel was a bit dull, I had to pay in advance; although I had to pay an expensive room, they charged me an extra cost of more than 30 pounds to change the king bed to twin beds which is unacceptable and additionally we were located in a room for disabled people although we requested a different one. The options in the breakfast were very poor and the service a bit slow. I would not recommend this hotel at all: too expensive and poor service and it is not even well located.”

“Blessingbourne Apartments offer a comfortable and practical place to stay. The beds are especially comfy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The shower has good hot water, although the water pressure is a little low, and there was a slight leak in the hot water bottle. The sofas are fine for relaxing, but could be slightly more comfortable. “From the mom ent you arrive you feel immersed into the culture and people of Northern Ireland. The proprietor, Catherine, welcomed us into her home, offering tea and home-baked sweet-cakes, a lively discussion of the history and workings of the local establishment. We felt pampered, such a warm welcome. The room, beds/linens was ao comfortable, with plenty of amenities. Breakfast was made to order, generous and very delicious. Carherine leaves nothing out, paying close attention to details....

“It was a beautiful location. The cottages are well equipped. There was a bit of a musty smell. I think that could have been the carpets in the bedrooms and sitting area. Wooden floors would be more hygienic. Having the hotel so close was the effect for the leisure centre and bar! A great weekend all considered and I will be back!”

“Neil the host welcomed us when we arrived and explained everything. The cabin was spotless, and full of everything we needed, and cosy and warm. Hot tub was a joy no matter the weather, and we really enjoyed a movie night on the comfy sofa and projector.”
