"Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back."

"My husband and I and our grown children came to Terracina for our grand daughters baptism. We are not beach fans but we loved the pool. Our host was so pleasant and welcoming. I have mobility issue so the many steps were a challenge but the view from the top was well worth it! We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate on the terrace overlooking the water and the city. The beds were comfortable and the house was so clean. Our host Andrea Gallo was a joy. He brought us a video of the making...

"We had a wonderful family stay, the villa met all our expectations and more. The views are great and the pool area was perfect for the kids. It is well placed for the coast, but also for small inland towns and villages which give the authentic Italian experience. Also, easy and cheap access by train to the wonders of Rome and the craziness of Naples ! We love Italy and would love to return to this villa. We even had a proposal ... great memories. He gave us really useful suggestions about places to visit and activities to do in the surrounding area. We visited Rome, went to the beach in Sabaudia and enjoyed the Cori countryside. "Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Patrizia nous a accueilli dans un esprit familial et chaleureux. Sa maison est juste magique : l’horizon infini avec verdure, fleurs&oliviers, et mer au loin est immédiatement ressourçant. Facile accès à Rome Termini en train depuis la gare de Campoleone (parking gratuit à 9min en voiture puis 25 min de train pour environ 3EUR. Parfait pour alterner repos et visites. "We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

"We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (€6 return). We are a family of 5, with three teenage/20's sons. We enjoyed the pool and ate all of our meals on the spacious balcony. The only things that could have been better were the coffee...
