“The rooms were not serviced during our stay. The facilities were very run down. The food was reasonable in price. Menu was basic. Some people waited 2 hours for their meals which was not appreciated. Overall we were disappointed”

“We loved our getaway in Savaii, the beach right outside of your room was amazing, the service and the staff are wonderful. We would stay there again. The only thing that let us down was pre booking ferry from Upolu to Savaii as we wanted to take our rental car but left it too late and we were not able to take the vehicle with us. May I suggest for the team at the resort to reach out to travellers to seek if they need assistance with the transfer prior to arrival. This will help with logistic...
