“We stayed at Citadines for 3 nights…and we found it ot be great value... it’s a bit difficult to find as it is in an alley next to the Marriott Courtyard, however, the apart-hotel is nice, new, clean, fantastic location, the room was spacious but the bathroom was small…staff could be friendlier. Wifi wasn’t good enough, so this would be the only complain, apparently not many rooms have good wifi.”

“We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Top service, especially very professional staff at the reception and breakfast served by friendly Ela was amazing 10 out of 10! Maybe the location of the hotel is not so central, but people working there definitely make it worth choosing it for your stay. We would definitely return to this hotel during our next visit to Tbilisi.”

“El personal del hotel fue muy amable. Me dejó acceder a la habitación antes de lo hora habitual y se preocupó por que todo estuviera en orden. La única pega es que las paredes son un poco finas, por lo que se oyen los vecinos si son ruidosos, pero creo que es algo común en la mayoría de alojamientos del país. Tanto la habitación como el hotel estaban muy limpios y cada día reponían lo gastado (toallas, botellas de agua, etc.). En general, he tenido una estancia excelente y quiero agradecérselo...

“This was an excellent choice for Tbilisi and I am So grateful that I could arrive late (my bus was severely delayed) and the host was kind and generous. I loved the vibe with shared facilities kept clean and a sense of community for travellers. The unsealed road outside was a bit of a challenge but it is being fixed and I passed the workers as I left the next day. Grateful for a soft place to land after a long journey. ”

La mia camera era al 19 piano con vista panoramica sulla città e possibilità anche di fruire della piscina. Fermata della metro Linea Verde proprio di fronte all'hotel. Insomma nei miei 4 giorni di Holiday Inn a Tbilisi ha funzionato tutto! Consigliatissimo! ”

In general no complaints, the only issue is the type of guests (but it is typical for Georgia in general): there are a lot of families with children and their parents permit them to do everything, e.g. start playing at 00.00, beat the walls, play at the corridor at 2 am etc. So if you are coming for business it is better to ask for quite room…”
