“We were in Ananti Busan Village tower cabin #509 with a forest view & it was spectacular. Very spacious 2-level loft suite with separate bathroom & toilet. Lots of space to unload all your baggage. There's an iPad on the upper level but we could not figure out how to change the keyboard to English from Korean. We could have asked but we had our own laptop and iPad anyway so did not need to use it. Electronic drapes for the floor to ceiling windows. If you need it dark when you sleep, it gets...

“I found black mold under the bed, in the shower, and by the fridge. The bed was hard as a rock, the dumbbells in the gym were rusted, and the wallpaper in the rooms were coming off. The hallways to the rooms were disgusting and stained. They also did not have ANY bath towels to use the whole stay, only small little towels. I wish I never stayed here. Additionally the hotel is surrounded by strip clubs and does not feel safe to walk at night.”

“As I mentioned on the second day of my stay, the room was relatively small, and there was no wardrobe or clothes rack wider than a single hanger. The bathroom lighting was burnt out except for one bulb, the shower head was damaged with water spraying from the hose connection, and there was no light control near the bed, which required walking to the entrance door. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, there was a kettle for hot drinks, a mini-fridge, 3–4 personal water bottles provided...
