Only slight downside was I thought that some of the restaurent dishes were overpriced in terms of taste and some of the buffet food wasnt that tasty. I must mention that we were very pleased with the small things like our wedding anniversary gift, wifi speed and accomodating nature of the staff.”

I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. “Excellent hotel. It has all the amenities and great location. You have restaurants inside with variety and even some music shows at night, there is also a beach club. On the beach a few steps away (outside the hotel) you can find kayaks, banana boats, all very fun, we kayaked for $1000 rupees for an hour at an incredible sunset. “Good shower, comfy bed, clean, lovely grounds that are well maintained. Good pool, comfy sun beds with and some without shade. Courteous staff at pool bar. Poor and very slow service at breakfast. Never any bacon on buffet. Breakfast always a poor experience and the only aspect to let it down.”

“Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. ”

“La propiedad se encuentra en una localización muy tranquila y se puede disfrutar muy bien la playa , el hotel muy bonito y los jardines hermosos, al igual la comida deliciosa, sin embargo su limpieza de la habitación no fue la mejor, del baño salía un olor muy desagradable y las paredes del baño con un poco de moho tuvimos que pedir que la limpiaran de nuevo, se ven instalaciones un poco dañadas sobre todo el baño y muebles un poco viejos. ”

“Can't fault the staff or service, but we were disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. We arrived to toothpaste splatters on the bathroom walls, spills on the cabinets and greasy prints on the doors. The staff were very kind and responsive to the request for extra cleaning however.
