“Everything was fine, just a small problem starting the heating. Thanks to Alexandre for coming quickly to help me. The restart attempt was not very conclusive. A technician was supposed to come the next day. During the night the heating started up again and unblocked itself. Otherwise, good stay, perfect place. It's true that this system lacks relationships and human contact. The key handover system is absolutely perfect and efficient. Thank you, I will come back.”

If I had to warn about something, it'd be the lack of an elevator (old buildings in Annecy don't usually have them and this was on the first floor, but if you have any mobility issues you should talk to the owner). “We had a great time. Good location for Annecy and local supermarkets. Would recommend a day trip to Mont Blanc. Lovely welcome and send off from Joël. Amazing swimming pool and real value for money. “C est la 2e fois que nous avons loué le chalet de monsieur Moine. Comme l annee passée, nous avons passé d excellentes vacances. Quelques ameliorations notables ont été apportees au gite depuis l année passee. Le gite est rustique mais tres bien équipé, idéalement situé, la vue de la terrasse est époustouflante. Menthon-Saint-Bernard est un village calme et agreable autour du lac même en plein mois d août. Dommage que le gite soit deja loué pour notre periode, nous serions revenus l annee...
