"I thank you the hotel personnel. It Is a Good place to stay safe in CapHaitian. Good maintenance, view, environment. There are some opportunity áreas. Only at the front desk there are some personas that speak English. At the Restaurant, the workers speak only their own language and the service is not good, the ones at my staying, were distracted and I had to stand up to look for the menú, to look for the waiters, they were not busy, but distracted; while taking the Neal order, they rather bring you what they understood, than what you actually ask for. One week before I book a room in Roí du Christoph. The room they gave me, had a Hole in the floor and in the room. There was a Palm Tree inside the room, with the wind, it was moving and noisy. "The location is wonderful, right on the beach. You can have a drink and a meal right on the beach. It's very safe. The airport shuttle service works very well and is included in the room price. The service is friendly but a bit slow. I've stayed at other hotels in Cap-Haïtien, and this is definitely the best."
