“We had a wonderful stay! This cottage is cozy and comfy, providing everything we needed for a great visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to Waimea but also close to the beach. We enjoyed watching the birds and the amazing views of Mauna Kea. It’s clean and well kept. We did find some ants in the kitchen but the owners responded right away to take care of the problem. “The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our space. That evening there was a cockroach in the kitchen area that went under the cabinets. The next evening the cockroach was going along the wall near the ceiling around the room. I made the host aware and never received a response. When walking outside and to the vehicle, be aware of spider webs between the trees. There are quite a few eye level that we had to duck and dodge to not hit. ”

“Greg was easy to work with, he communicated well with us, and made this just an easy, comfortable, and very pleasant stay for our family visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday. There was adequate space and stocked with the essentials needed. Great property and very well-managed.”
