“Great location for a relaxing weekend ”

“Room is clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Though the description says the room I booked had a view of the lake. There is no lake in the vicinity, there’s a building. The restaurant however was my issue, I was billed differently despite the menu showing a different price then was forced to pay because only the director could fix the issue. Not happy”

“Everything was off. I booked online but when I got there there was no room reserved for me. They improvised a smaller room than what I had paid for without any remorse. The front desk didn't even try to hide it that they hadn't booked a room for me. The room had a stench from the shower drainage system, and another guest at my arrival was complaining of the same. All the time I was there, I showered cold water and the place is really cold. Dinner was practically for fighting, with orders taking...

“The room is neglected ”

“Rooms are okay, but a lot of things are damaged. Breakfast is average and restaurant food needs 1hour to get cooked.”
