The taxi driver and hotel staff knew that we wanted to take a taxi and the taxi driver charged us triple of what regal taxi would cost. For example, a taxi will cost around 5 dinars or less to go anywhere in Jordan, but the taxi that the hotel got for us charged us 20 dinars! To go to a restaurant that is only 10 mints away from the hotel. Just be careful...
