After paying I found they don't have one, so it was illegal and false advertising. My friend tried to resolve these issues with reception and even cancel the booking with no success or help. I had friends come to collect me from the lodge and reception said I was not there when I was, wasting time and fuel. It was a short nightmare of a stay....
